Thank you for your interest in participating in the Missional Intelligence Cultivation (MIC) Project and Assessment.

You have been invited to take part in a project and assessment being facilitated by Justin Berkobien in collaboration with Mission Street Fellowship in South Pasadena, CA. 

Participation in this project and assessment is optional. Declining to participate in the assessment (surveys) will not disqualify you from participating in the project (discernment and praxis exercises).

If you choose to participate in the assessment, you will be invited to complete a survey before and after participating in the project. Survey questions will pertain to the 3 goals of the project:

• Project Goal #1: Participants Will Be Better Attuned to the Spirit’s Leading
• Project Goal #2: Participants Will Gain Improved Interpersonal Listening Skills
• Project Goal #3: Participants Will Feel More Comfortable Enacting the Prophetic

These surveys will help us learn more about the effectiveness of certain discernment and praxis exercises designed to mobilize Christians to serve as Christ’s witnesses in South Pasadena.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
You can skip questions that you do not want to answer or stop the survey at any time. 

We will keep your answers confidential and will not share your personal information with
anyone outside the assessment team.
