THEME FOR MAY: Truth Telling

Truth Telling is a spiritual practice that (I think) is best understood relationally. On the one hand, it’s the job of message-senders to be honest. On the other hand, it’s the job of message-receivers to facilitate honesty by listening carefully, validating feelings & perspectives, leading with curiosity, etc.

This week I’ll probably be checking in with each of you individually, but something we might share on the group chat is this: Talk about a good experience you had with telling the truth AND Talk about a BAD experience you had with telling the truth.
