Pre-Project Survey
The following survey is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Missional Intelligence Cultivation Project. Participants are invited to fill out the same survey twice, once before the start of the project and once after the project is complete. For the purpose of evaluating progress, participants are invited to put their names on this survey, however, the raw data collected will be kept confidential (only the assessment team will observe raw data). Upon reporting relevant data, participants will be kept anonymous.
